About xandena
xandena is a platform that makes it possible to provide audio information over the Internet.
xandena consists of two components, the app and the server. On the server, the information is
entered via input fields as text. The app loads this text and then converts it into speech.
Account / Registration / Access
To get to know xandena, the use of xandena for the first four weeks is free of charge. Audio guides created
withinthis period will appear in the app without restriction. After this period, it is still possible to
maintain the audio guide, but in the app only these contents appear that correspond to the
booked package.
Any person over the age of 18 who does not have an account with xandena can register with xandena to open an account. Click

With the so-called double-opt-in procedure, we want to ensure that e-mail addresses are not misused.
The confirmation email asks you to confirm the link with a click and verify that you really are a member
of xandena. Only after confirmation you are a member of xandena and can register on the platform.
If you do not respond within a few days, your user data will be removed.

To permanently terminate your xandena membership, log in with your credentials and switch to your profile.
Click on "Exit xandena membership" and follow the instructions.
You also have the option to terminate your membership by sending us a message to helpdesk@xandena.com from your email address stored at xandena with the subject "End Membership".
