xandena is a platform that makes it possible to provide audio information over the Internet. xandena consists of two components, the app and the server. On the server, the information is entered via input fields as text. The app loads this text and then converts it into speech.

To get to know xandena, the use of xandena for the first four weeks is free of charge. Audio guides created withinthis period will appear in the app without restriction. After this period, it is still possible to maintain the audio guide, but in the app only these contents appear that correspond to the booked package.

Any person over the age of 18 who does not have an account with xandena can register with xandena to open an account. Click here to go to the registration form.

With the so-called double-opt-in procedure, we want to ensure that e-mail addresses are not misused. The confirmation email asks you to confirm the link with a click and verify that you really are a member of xandena. Only after confirmation you are a member of xandena and can register on the platform.

If you do not respond within a few days, your user data will be removed.

Please check first if your profile may already be activated. Sign in to xandena with your login details. If your profile is not activated yet, you will receive an appropriate hint. Follow the instructions contained therein.

If you did not receive an activation e-mail, please check your e-mail service provider’s spam folder.

To permanently terminate your xandena membership, log in with your credentials and switch to your profile. Click on "Exit xandena membership" and follow the instructions.

You also have the option to terminate your membership by sending us a message to helpdesk@xandena.com from your email address stored at xandena with the subject "End Membership".

Please note that ending your membership with xandena is irrevocable.

A "pausing" of the membership is not possible.

- Go to www.xandena.com.
- Enter your e-mail address (or username) in the upper right corner.
- Enter the password you chose during registration.
- Click on "Login".

If you are not sure what e-mail address you are registered with xandena, just check which of your e-mail addresses we send you messages. If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot your password?" below the "login" field. Please do not give your access data to third parties for your own safety!

If you have forgotten your access data once, that’s no problem:
With the help of the e-mail address saved to your user account, you can have a new password sent to you so that you can log in to xandena again.

If you have forgotten your password and no longer have access to the email address you have provided to xandena in your user data, please send us a copy of your ID card / passport by mail or e-mail to restore your access data.
